Strata Unit Garden Garden Maintenance Roseville

This is a block of strata units that requires regular fortnightly garden maintenance and clean up. The garden has several hedges, trees, bushes and lawn areas.

The first task was to trim and cut the hedges to the desired shape. The hedges run along the walkways and at the back of some of the apartments. Safety is a concern when trimming some of the hedges. We use horticulture tripod ladders that give access to hard to get areas and can be used on uneven ground.

Tree and Bush Cutting and Pruning

There are a large number of trees and bushes on the site that need to be pruned, cut back and shaped. Not all trees and bushes can be pruned at the same time as this depends on which season suits which plant when pruning. We keep a database of all the plants on the site and create automatic notifications for when the best time is to prune each variety of plants.

Mowing The Lawns

After we have removed any waste from the lawns we cut the grass and trim all the edges. When this task is completed we add fertiliser if we think it is necessary.

Weed the garden

We remove any signs of weeds from the garden beds. To prevent weeds from growing we mulch all the garden beds. 

Clean the site

There are multiple concrete paths on the site. Twice a year we will pressure clean the concrete paths. This prevents grime from building up which can become slippery when wet.

Finally, we collect all the garden waste from the site.
